  • Where do I park?

    Self-parking is available for $20 a day at CitiPark Parking Garage, just steps from the hotel. Get complimentary in and out privileges when you book your parking through Hotel Clemons.


    We do not have on-site hotel parking or a valet service. Street parking and paid parking lots are available very close to the hotel.


    Before parking your car, you are welcome to pull up in front of the hotel, and we can assist you with your luggage.  

  • How do I get to the hotel?

    We are located at 730 Chestnut St, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

  • When is the lobby open?

    Our lobby is open every day from 8am-11pm. 

  • What time is check in?

    Check in is from 4pm-11pm. If you are arriving after 11pm, use our 24 hour side entrance and type in the entry code sent to you via SMS (it is the same as your room code.)

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is at 11:00am.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We allow most dogs for a $100 pet fee. 

  • Do you have a restaurant/cafe?

    No, we do not have a restaurant on-site, but we are walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops, and more. 

  • Do you have a bar?

    Yes, Victrola Bar is located in our lobby and serves hand-crafted cocktails, beer, and wine.
